DEPRESSION NINE WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 14.4 NORTH... LONGITUDE
36.1 WEST OR ABOUT 785 MILES...1260 KM... WEST OF THE SOUTHERNMOST
CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 13 MPH
