LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 13.6 NORTH... LONGITUDE 46.4 WEST OR ABOUT
1055 MILES...1695 KM... EAST OF THE LEEWARD ISLANDS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 7 MPH... 11 KM/HR. A
GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TODAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH... 45 KM/HR... WITH HIGHER
