HARVEY IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST NEAR 6 MPH... 9 KM/HR...AND THIS
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TONIGHT WITH A GRADUAL TURN TO THE
NORTHEAST ON SATURDAY.
