STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED
WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

MILES... 90 KM... SOUTHEAST OF BERMUDA.

HARVEY IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/HR. A
GRADUAL DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED TODAY AND TONIGHT.
ON THIS TRACK...HARVEY WILL BE MOVING AWAY FROM BERMUDA.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 60 MPH... 95 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
